How does it work?

Coverage starts from the day they register, and lasts right until the start of the event. If attendees need to cancel, they can easily request a refund through a simple online portal.
Now, refunds will be handled by the program instead of coming out of your event’s revenue. This allows organizers to avoid the refund process altogether.
